These disputes relate to the decisions issued by the QFMA regarding introduction of shares in the market, application for quotation, assignment of shares for authorized companies, petition against these decisions and challenging them before the competent court, applying complaints and petitions before the QFMA, disputes relating to conflict of interest disclosure, dispute arising from acquisitions and all related disputes relating to QFMA.
Disputes arising from the application of Qatar stock exchange statutes:
These disputes relate to the decisions issued by the Qatari stock exchange regarding assignment of shares in the original market or secondary market, filing complaints and petitions before Qatar stock exchange and the relating disputes to the stock exchange of Qatar.
Disputes arising from the law of commerce:
These disputes include, as an example but not limited to, cheques, promissory notes, bills of exchange, trademarks rights, moral rights for commercial store, banking statute of limitation, unfair competition, cartels, commercial agencies, brokerage, solvency and all commercial fraud disputes.
