Enforcement of judicial judgments

One of the priorities of the firm not to obtain a judgment in favor of the client only but it also extends to make sure of its enforcement. The firm comprises team of lawyers experienced in the enforcement of all types of judgments due to their previous knowledge of the laws and procedures governing these matters before all the Qatari courts.
This team has been highly selected based on specific criteria according to the internal policies of our firm. Our team is in charge with following up the opening of enforcement files, serving summons to opponents, judgments, dates of appeals and challenges in addition to all the relevant administrative procedures.
