Giving legal support to local and international agencies in finishing the procedures of all types of commercial agencies registration. We also draft the agreements of distributions and agencies and represent them before all the competent governmental authorities.
3- Banks & investment:
We represent banks and financial institutions in the sector of commercial transactions and relations between creditors. Moreover, we represent our clients in the disputes relating to commercial fraud, defaulted borrowers in their banking facilities through negotiations, drafting all kinds of financing contracts (investment and Islamic), granting effective advise from the legal perspective regarding the different enforcement procedures which expedite the collection of debts. 4- Contracts drafting:
We advise our clients in drafting the joint ventures contracts for multi-party agreements. We review several kinds of contracts, investment boxes and portfolios, stock trade, sale of bonds, regulatory framework governing sale of stocks and alliances agreements. We also cover lease, shareholders, technical support, legal advice contracts relating to tender documents and guarantee of completion and performance of projects.
5- Merger & acquisitions:
We have a vast experience in merger and acquisitions transactions, joint venture projects, alliances of business between families in GCC through proper financial and administrative planning and management of the private properties of the family business according to the relevant laws.
6- Re-structuring:

8- Commercial concession agreements:
Commercial concession is one of the mechanisms which seek the expansion of the commercial project. This mechanism is a contractual relationship between the licensor and the licensee where the latter works under the name of the trade name or trademark owned by the licensor. In this case, the business of the licensee is separate from the project owned by the licensor. In this contract, our firm provides legal support to control the contractual relationship between the parties to maximize their sought interest.
9- Following up the implementation of companies’ policies:
We are very well experienced in the preparation and drafting of legal manuals and policies to conduct work in all types of companies. These policies shall reflect the attitude of the company and its way of managing its human resources, its values, main goals and targets adopted by the company’s management.
